We meet once a week (or once every two weeks depending on your schedule) to start with. As we work together on your goals and you are getting closer to achieving your goals, we will phase out the sessions gradually as you will not need my help as often as you did when you first started the process.
No not at all! As well as holding sessions in my office, I also use video calling (Zoom, Facetime, Skype) with my clients so I can work with you wherever you are based. You can also do a mixture of both to fit your lifestyle. You might have a job that requires a lot of travelling or children at home.

My clients pay mostly by bank transfer after receipt of their invoice or cash at the end of the session.
