Work/life balance, time management coaching:
Your work has become your life, you are not spending enough time with friends and family, you are dreading getting up in the morning? I can help you get back on track and decide how you'd ideally like to spend your life. I will help you see things in a different way and set clear goals on what you'd like to achieve, organise your life in a much more productive way and start enjoying the things you want to.

Relationship coaching:
You are feeling confused whether it is the end of a relationship or not, you are facing divorce or separation, you would like to understand yourself and your partner better. I will help you identify what is your version of a great relationship, what your expectations are and identify any needs that are not fulfilled. 

Family, parenting and youth coaching:
You would like to resolve your marital problems, you are finding bringing up your children challenging, you don't know how to deal with your teenager. I work with parents and teenagers together in order to establish mutual respect, clearer boundaries and greater understanding. 

Personal development (confidence, energy, motivation):
You feel shy and uneasy, you have negative thoughts about yourself and your abilities, you find it hard to get out of bed, you feel stuck in a rut. I can help you learn different techniques for developing your confidence and self-esteem. The process is designed to help you assess your current levels of self esteem, challenge your beliefs and help you build a new positive self-image. During the session I will ask you what makes you feel alive and energised and on the other hand what drains you and leaves you feeling unmotivated. I will motivate you to get through stress and sadness, get fit and stay healthy, achieve life long dreams. 

Health coaching (stress, depression):
You have lost all enjoyment even in things that previously made you happy, you feel a distinct lack of drive, desire and ambition.

My approach is designed to keep clients grounded and focused on the important things in life, such as work, family, partners and friends. I will help you keep up the momentum when all you want to do is give up. Depression coaching is not about examining your past, or asking why, it is instead about moving forwards leaving behind negatives thoughts for a brighter future.

Weight and body image coaching: 
Body image and self-esteem go hand in hand. Your achievements, personality and all your good deeds can take a back seat when it comes to judging yourself. I will support you in identifying where you are stuck and provide specific tools to move forward on the path to body love. As your body image coach, I will help you to clarify your destructive belief system about your body. I will assign specific exercises to support you in shifting those negative perspectives, guide you in creating a plan for help and hold you accountable for your commitments with compassion and understanding.
